i have just been there for once.i lived in 6-people's room and it is not crowed at all.i doubt if there are any balconies because i didn't see any.i am not sure about how to arrange the meal by yourself as my teacher had already prepare for us.there is a canteen where you may have your breakfast/lunch/dinner, but the quality of food is not that good.
